ODOO IMPLEMENTATION · UAE

OdooERPimplementationinUAE:builtforGulfbusinessrealities

UAE businesses running multiple entities, managing VAT compliance for the FTA, and handling teams across Emirates face implementation complexity that generic Odoo partners underestimate. Add Arabic-language requirements and UAE-specific document formats, and most overseas partners struggle.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes. Odoo's Accounting module supports UAE's 5% VAT natively, and we configure FTA-compliant tax reports and TRN display on all customer and supplier invoices as a standard part of every UAE implementation.
Yes. Odoo has native Arabic language support, including right-to-left interface rendering. We configure this during setup for teams and customer-facing documents that require it.
Odoo can reconcile with UAE banks including Mashreq, Emirates NBD, FAB, and ADCB. Depending on the bank's API availability, this is either a direct feed or a structured statement import. We configure whichever applies to your bank.
The UAE's FTA is rolling out mandatory e-invoicing in phases: a voluntary pilot from July 2026, then mandatory for businesses with revenue over AED 50 million from January 2027, all other VAT-registered businesses from July 2027, and government entities from October 2027. Odoo can be configured to exchange invoices through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) as required under the mandate. We scope this against your VAT registration status and revenue band so you're not paying for compliance ahead of your actual deadline.
Odoo's multi-company structure lets each legal entity (DIFC, another free zone, or mainland) keep its own books, VAT registration, and reporting, while still sharing data where your business needs it (shared CRM, consolidated reporting, etc).
Yes. Training can be delivered in person in Dubai or remotely, depending on your team's location and preference. Most engagements use a mix of both.
